Aalborg University Press

If you have questions regarding the printing of your thesis, please contact graphic designer Anja Lykkegaard Nielsen from Aalborg University Press. The Press cannot assist you on issues regarding Word formatting, but may be of assistance if you have questions regarding the InDesign template.

 

Word support

The PhD student is responsible for all matters regarding Word formats in his/her PhD thesis.

The VBN Team's student assistant may have some tips and trick regarding Word formatting. But it has to be in good time before you submit your thesis.

NOTICE! Our student assistant is only at the office a few hours a week, so he/she cannot be expected to answer your request right away.

If you would like help from our student assistant, please write a short explanation regarding your problem with the Word template, and send this as well as your file to the below mentioned email. Please inform Simon if  you are working with MAC or PC.
